Comic-Con.org has revealed Gentle Giant’s final exclusives for SDCC 2016 continuing with the McQuarrie Concept Chewbacca Mini Bust.
Ralph McQuarrie’s early designs of Chewbacca are uniquely different from that of the final screen version. Based on original pre-production illustrations for Star Wars: A New Hope, this mini bust displays a fascinating look at McQuarrie’s conceptual development of one of science fiction’s most beloved characters. Digitally sculpted by the master artisans at Gentle Giant Ltd., this gorgeous bust used Mr. McQuarrie’s original artwork as reference. ThinkGeek has released info for their SDCC exclusive items which includes a set of 4 bounty hunters ($30), a Han Solo in Carbonite ($12) and a Slave I with Han in Carbonite $12 and finally a Rey with Speeder pin which is FREE with a $60 purchase.
Funko just announced via their live Periscope video two new SDCC Exclusive Star Wars POP! figures as well as their first Indiana Jones with Idol POP! You can check out the high res images above or at their blog.

Beast Kingdom has updated today with word of 3 exclusive Egg Attack figures for SDCC featuring a chrome electroplated Stormtrooper (EAA-005SP) – $100.00, a gold electroplated Sandtrooper (EAA-007SP) – $100.00 and an electroplated Captain Phasma (EAA-016SP) – $85.00. Each figures is 6″ tall, include 24-30 points of articulation and multiple accessories. No price point is listed as of yet but if interested, they will be available at booth #2845.

Just when you thought the Kubrick line of Star Wars products was dead, Medicom issues another (albeit uninspired) figure for attendees of the 20th Anniversary reception party at the Medicom Toy 2016 Exhibition. This Luke Skywalker Kubrick is based off of their original brown hair Early Bird Luke Skywalker from back in 2003.
Yahoo Movies has posted the official reveal of Hot Wheels SDCC exclusive set which reimagines the iconic trench run from Star Wars: A New Hope. The set includes a X-wing styled car, two TIE Fighter styled cars and Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter car all presented in an illuminated cardboard case complete with sound effects.
